Defects Only
As items are tailor-made, we only accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged goods.
Fast Shipping
Most bespoke orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days following your final artwork approval.
The Fine Print Simplified
Returns for Bespoke Goods:
Because our products are custom-manufactured to your approved design, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not offer returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours for a priority replacement.
Signage & Vehicle Graphics:
Our professional fitting services, including Vehicle Graphics and Large Signage Installation, are available only within Leicestershire and surrounding areas. For shop orders outside this zone, we provide DIY-ready kits with UK-wide shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Free UK mainland delivery applies to qualifying items (under 1200mm). For oversized items or specialist transport, a quote will be provided at the artwork approval stage. You will never be charged until you approve the final cost.
